Appointments
Face to face and on-line.
The first session is hour long and is an initial consultation to meet with you, gather information and decide what next. I offer a few sessions face to face in Exeter and Chudleigh. (The number of sessions Sara offers per day is limited)
Sessions last for 60 minutes for counselling, sex therapy, EMDR and relationship counselling. There is an option for couples and EMDR to agree to have one half hours which is charged as per rata.
If you are having counselling elsewhere please talk to your counsellor first.
I am continuing to work by zoom and Skype. This has been working really well and feedback from clients has also been positive they have been able to fit sessions into their working day or around child care and family life without the need of allowing travel time and finding somewhere to park. It also allows clients outside of the area to access therapy. I have successfully done sex therapy, relationship counselling, emdr, general counselling as well as supervision. Any forms or information sheets have been emailed.

All information disclosed is strictly confidential. I do not allow any sessions to be recorded.

Fees
£70 per hour for individuals and couples.
From 5pm £75
( I offer a discount for University students).
£70 daytime for Emdr per hour pro rata for one half hours.On-line therapy is paid by bacs.
Supervision for qualified counsellors £65 per hour
Student counsellors who require supervision £65..00 per hour this will be f2f where needed in my office in Central Exeter.
Student counsellors who require general counselling £65.00 per hour. (My normal fee applies for sex therapy, EMDR and sex addiction.)

Payment can be made by:
Bacs, cash or card.
For sessions on-line payment is due by 7pm the day before your appointment. If payment is not received the session will not take place.
I can accept BUPA, AXA PPP, VITALITY HEALTH and AVIVA health insurance. All these sessions are now being provided by video link or face to face. Please be aware insurance companies pay a higher rate hence invoices will be charged the higher rate.
Clients who have Bupa health insurance. My provider number is 30038089. Please contact bupa for an authorisation code as I need this before starting therapy.
Cancellations
Sessions need to be cancelled at least 48hrs before so that I can re-scheduel the appointment. Failing to turn up or not giving 48hrs notice will mean you will have to pay the full session fee.
